Copyright & Creator Opt-Out
Podroma is a service of Geni360 LLC (“Geni360”, “we”, “us”). We respect creators’ rights. This page explains how to (1) file a copyright (DMCA) takedown notice and (2) opt your podcast out of Podroma entirely — including future automatic processing.
What Podroma publishes
For each episode we publish AI-generated insights and real-world examples — a transformative summary, not the source audio or a verbatim transcript. We do not make raw or speaker-labeled transcripts publicly available. Even so, if you’re a rights holder and want your content removed, we’ll honor it quickly using either path below.
Creator opt-out (fastest)
If you own or represent a podcast and don’t want it on Podroma, email insights@podroma.com with “Opt-out” in the subject and include:
- The podcast name and its YouTube channel URL (or handle).
- Confirmation that you own or are authorized to represent that channel.
Once we verify, we will (a) remove any existing Podroma pages for that channel and (b) add the channel to our block list so it’s never processed again — automatically or by a user. We aim to do this within a few business days.
DMCA takedown notice
If you believe specific content on Podroma infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated contact at insights@podroma.com (subject: “DMCA”) that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is on Podroma — please include the exact
podroma.com/podcast/…URL(s). - Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
On receipt of a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and, where appropriate, block the source from future processing.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to insights@podroma.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the Northern District of California).
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are the subject of repeat valid takedown notices.
